Value Network brings a risk management approach to the strategic planning and development processes of an organisation. This recognises that the need for change is to a large degree, driven by risk; the perceptions of it, and the wish to often take that risk to gain reward. What is required then is a clear understanding of purpose and the goals to guide an organisation, and the sharing of those goals amongst those who have to make the change work.
