Asset management and procurement

Prior to establishing Value Network, its Directors led for a period of ten years commencing in 1992, the New South Wales Government reform initiatives for asset management, office accommodation, procurement, construction, contracting and relationship management with the private sector. This means, Value Network offers unique knowledge in all facets of practice at both the organisational and at project level. This includes: resource allocation planning, project definition and brief development, tendering (including probity), procurement and contracting strategies, and contract award negotiation.

Commercial contracting practice

In project delivery, Value Network can assist with the implementation of management systems and strategies, partnering/alliancing, performance management, adjudication processes, and dispute resolution and management.

International trends

The Value Network experience includes high level participation in international trade negotiations related to government procurement and intellectual property and construction industry development initiatives.
