Rosemarie Risgalla

Rosemarie has extensive senior management experience and a high level of achievement in procurement reform and reviews, asset planning and management strategy, e-commerce in procurement, supply chain and industrial relations management. This is complemented by experience in change management, problem solving, stakeholder management, human resource management and skills in consultation, negotiation and conflict resolution. Rosemarie has a track record of improving business performance through the implementation of creative business strategies and through her ability to lead, motivate and align people and develop successful teams.

Edward (Ted) Smithies

B.Eng. (Civil) UNSW, Accredited Value Management Practitioner, AIVM. Fellow of Institute of Value Management Australia, FIVMA

Ted has significant senior management experience and a high level of achievement in a commercial environment in both strategic and operational roles. This is complemented by extensive experience in business planning and strategy development, resource allocation and management, public/private partnerships, project initiation and management, risk management studies, tendering and e-tendering platforms, contracting and supplier performance management, benchmarking procurement in goods and services and capital works, change management, negotiation, dispute resolution and value management facilitation.

Voytek Kawecki

M. Eng. Warsaw Polytechnic, M. Eng. (Science in Water Eng. ) UNSW, Member of Institution of Engineers, Member of Australian Performance Management Association.

Voytek has extensive major project experience gained both in Australia and overseas. Voytek’s expertise is in project based planning and resource modelling, designing of project control systems and undertaking strategic planning analysis.
