Rosemarie Risgalla

Rosemarie has extensive public and private sector experience and a high level of achievement in asset planning and management strategy, business planning and strategy development, policy development, business cases, procurement reviews, procurement services, project reviews/assurance and industrial relations management. This is complemented by experience in change management, team building, client/stakeholder surveys, adjudication and value management facilitation 

Edward (Ted) Smithies

B.Eng. (Civil) UNSW. Fellow of Institute of Value Management Australia, FIVMA

Ted has significant public and private sector experience in both strategic and operational roles. This is complemented by extensive experience in business planning and strategy development, resource allocation and management, policy development, public/private partnerships, project feasibility/initiation, business cases, risk management studies, value management facilitation, procurement services, project management, contracting and supply chain solutions, client/stakeholder surveys, benchmarking procurement in goods and services and capital works, change management, adjudication and dispute resolution 

Alan Griffin

B. Sc (Civil Engineering) UNSW, Grad. Dip. Admin. SIT, FIE (Aust)

Alan has extensive experience in the public and private sector at senior and executive levels. His experience covers project management, construction/contract management, dispute management/resolution, project assurance, supply chain solutions, policy, commercial and environmental stewardship roles and is complimented by time spent managing a number of business improvement, organisational and performance reviews into both state and local government issues. Alan also has experience in public/private partnerships and international projects advising clients on tendering and project management issues 

Associates

Ron Hincks

B. Commerce (Economics) UNSW

Ron is the Principal of Hincks and Associates Pty Ltd. He is also a Senior Associate in Value Network. Ron has more than 30 years’ experience in economic and financial analysis and appraisals for infrastructure and related projects undertaken for a range of NSW and Australian Government agencies, Local Government and private developers 

Alana Smithies

Alana is currently completing a degree in Psychology at Macquarie University, and is undertaking an internship with Value Network. She has assisted with the facilitation of workshops, reports writing, event management for Value Network and content management for the website
